Sea Moss gel contains 92 minerals of the 102 minerals that the human body needs to function. A few of the minerals sea moss includes zinc, iodine, iron, calcium, potassium, B-complex vitamins, sodium, sulfur, silicon, and iron. It also contains vitamins A, E, C, D, K and a host of others that are vital for our daily survival. Do not consume Irish/Sea Moss if you are allergic to seaweed or algae.

The consistency of our prepared Sea Moss is easily digested.
